WORK AND SKILL HISTORY
Kansas 2006 to present:
Renovated several Downtown Hutchinson Main Street Properties from vacant buildings, into mixed use retail/residential lofts
Began ‘Third Thursday’, a monthly Fine Art and Live Music event, and managed it for 10 years before transferring it to the City of Hutchinson.
Facilitated the creation of three Downtown Art Murals in Hutchinson Kansas
Owned and managed a Gallery and Art Space known as Artlandia
Organized 9 years of Annual Downtown Art Walks with local Artists, Musicians and Businesses
Exhibited Personal Artwork series of paintings titled ‘Kansas Women’ consisting of (in)famous women in Kansas History, touring in Salina, Manhattan, Hutchinson and Wichita, Kansas.
Collaborated with City of Hutchinson on downtown promotions and events.
Early Community Member contributing to the Public Art Committee of Hutchinson Kansas
Organized Community Based Projects involving local artists, such as painting news racks, youth outreach art programs, public art, and community live paint and music events.
